This colorful painting is inspired by the maritime atmosphere of the harbor: water reflections, the wind chimes with the masts, seagulls, sailboats coming and going, a beautiful sunset... I mixed sunny yellow, orange, white, blue, turquoise, red, magenta, pink, beige, and brown on my palette for the painting. Since I love walking along the Flensburg Fjord | Baltic sea, the many small marinas are a very natural motif for me, one I encounter again and again. This resulted in a vibrant work that may takes the viewer mentally to the sea.
