Return Policy

Cancellation
 
I strive to ensure that all my customers are really happy with their
purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your new
painting, you can return it and get a full refund.
 
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason  for up to fourteen days from the date that you received the shipment.

If you decide to return an item, you will need to confirm it in writing, either by email or post.
 
Please note that refunds cannot be given after the fourteen day notice 
period. Upon cancellation I will reimburse all payments I have received from you, after I received the returned goods . For refunds, I use the bank transfer or paypal as  method of payment. 
 
Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer and 
all items must be returned in the condition in which they were received.
Please note the shipping cost and fees for the return has to be paid by the buyer.
