The painting is safely packed in a reinforced cardboard .  The shipping will usually be handled by DHL Express,  you will receive the tracking data in a separate email . the estimated delivery time is 5 - 10 working days after receipt of payment.

Please be aware, in case your country is not in the EU, you may be liable to pay any import taxes or custom fee ( e. g. United Kingdom: 5 %).  

 I strive to ensure that all my customers are really happy with their
 purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your new
 painting, you can return it and get a full refund.
 
 You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason  for up to fourteen days from the date that you received the shipment.
If you do have a problem please contact me as soon as possible (Peter Nottrott, Twedter Mark 77, 24944 Flensburg / Germany; Tel. +49 461-140506, Mail: nottrott@nottrott.de). If you decide to return an item, you will need to confirm it in writing, either by email or post.
 
Please note that refunds cannot be given after the fourteen day notice period. Upon cancellation I will reimburse all payments I have received from you, after I received the returned goods . For refunds, I use the bank transfer or paypal as  method of payment. 
 
Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer and all items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Please note the shipping cost and fees for the return has to be paid by you.
