The painting is safely packed in a large cardboard box. The shipping will usually be handled by DHL Express and the estimated delivery will be until ca. 10 days after payment.
Please be aware, in case your country is not in the EU, you may be liable to pay any import taxes or custom fee ( e. g. United Kingdom: 5 %).
I strive to ensure that all my customers are really happy with their
purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your new
painting, you can return it and get a full refund.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason for up to fourteen days from the date that you received the shipment.

Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer and all items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Please note the shipping cost and fees for the return has to be paid by you.
